Account Levels
1. ThatResumeSite.com may provide users with different choices regarding the level of service they wish to receive. You will gain varying degrees of access to functionality within the site, depending upon the subscription plan you choose.
2. ThatResumeSite.com is in no way liable for any damages, legal fees, or monetary compensation stemming from your misunderstanding of these account levels. The responsibility for ensuring you have subscribed to the correct account level, and have the functionality necessary to conduct your job search, lies exclusively with you. Furthermore, you certify that you will pay any subscription, renewal, and upgrade fees with a valid credit card.
Account Renewal
1. ThatResumeSite.com provides a subscription-based service. The length of this subscription depends upon the Account Level as well as any associated coupons. Subscriptions generally expire after a year unless they are renewed, upgraded or subject to a coupon which contradicts this assertion. As a user you are responsible for knowing your account status and initiating any renewals necessary to ensure the continuation of service and access to your ThatResumeSite.com account. You can access your account status as well as other miscellaneous account information on your Account Information page, located within your ThatResumeSite.com account.
Refund Policy
1. ThatResumeSite.com offers a "no questions asked" refund policy for the first 30 days following your activation of an account at ThatResumeSite.com. In other words, if you so choose, regardless of reason, ThatResumeSite.com will refund the full amount of your subscription if your request is received in writing within the first 30 days of your initial account activation. In the event a refund is given, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access, update, or delete information within your account and all information you entered and uploaded to the site will remain the property of ThatResumeSite.com to be archived or deleted at our discretion. You are responsible for taking all necessary steps to offload any resumes, cover letters and/or other information you wish to keep and agree that ThatResumeSite.com is in no way responsible, liable, or legally obligated to retrieve or otherwise secure your access to this information. Reactivation of your account will require payment of a full year’s subscription You will only be allowed to reactivate at an account equivalent to or higher than your Account Level at the time of your account deactivation/lapse. This refund policy does not extend to upgrades. After 30 days of your initial account activation, you waive your right to ask for a refund, in full understanding that ThatResumeSite.com is in no way obligated to compensate you in any form or fashion.
Personal Information
1. Your use of this site certifies that you understand that this site will enable you to upload, manage and transmit personally identifiable information including, (but not limited to), your name, email address, phone number, and previous addresses and occupations. By using ThatResumeSite.com you agree to take full and sole responsibility for anything you send and any transactions you conduct within or through your ThatResumeSite.com account.
